The Tides supplies honey from many different regions of the world. We have multiple blending facilities within the United States. The Tides has the capability to custom blend to meet specific color and flavor profiles. We have full traceability to all honey sources along with pertinent quality documents, i.e. Kosher Certificate, Certificate of Analysis, HACCP, Letter of Authenticity, etc.
